IslandFit is dedicated to helping individuals rehab, restore, and achieve results through an active, evidence-based approach to physical therapy, functional fitness, and wellness. Our mission is to turn weakness into strength, restore mobility and endurance, and empower people to return confidently to the activities they love.
At our privately owned, state-of-the-art 4,000 sq. ft. facility, each patient works directly with a licensed physical therapist or physical therapist assistant to develop a personalized program grounded in exercise science, functional outcomes, and injury prevention. We also offer one-on-one personal training and custom orthotics to support mobility, performance, and long-term wellness.
Our MMOA-certified (Modern Management of the Older Adult) team brings specialized expertise in outpatient orthopedic and geriatric care, applying evidence-based assessment and treatment strategies to optimize function and independence.
